I am 24 and my fiancee and I started a weight loss healthy living program around 8 weeks ago. I saw some fantastic results with portion control and regular exercise. I got within two kilograms of my goal and I sabotaged myself with negative thoughts and I put back on 2.5 kg. I feel yucky again and I want to get to the top of my game, looking good and feeling great. I know I can do it I have the right tools... I just have to overcome a few consisitency hurdles!
